**The roles**
We’re on the hunt for Programmatic Specialists. The opportunity is here join our specialist Performance Media team while working on (and with) some of FCB’s high profile clients. Ultimately reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, day to day you’ll be working directly with our Performance Lead, and Performance Manager, and our Client Services teams on all Campaign Implementation, Campaign Optimisation, Analysis and Reporting. Our Performance media team provide thought leadership at the intersection of performance media, data and digital operations, and through collaboration accelerate the advantage of FCB’s integrated model.

**What you’ll need to bring to the team**
- 2-4 years Programmatic experience preferably in agency
- Strategic leadership capabilities
- Must have experience with the following platforms, including: DV360 The Trade Desk, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Analytics
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Team player with a hunger to continue learning and developing
- Operationally savvy and proactive in seeking out opportunities
- Good networker, able to establish collaborative relationships easily and inspire confidence in peers
- Process-oriented and able to handle a range of tasks and projects.
- Positive, friendly, can-do attitude with the ability to cope well under pressure and contribute to team culture
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, contributing to all things FCB

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute programmatic and social media campaigns across multiple platforms, such as DV30, The Trade Desk, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Ensure communication of campaign pacing status.
- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues as they arise.
- Generate and deliver performance reports.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to measure and report on campaign performance when appropriate.
- Attend client meetings and provide insights on programmatic and social campaign performance, as well as recommendations.
- Work with FCBSIX on floodlight and pixel implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with programmatic and social media trends and new technologies.
