**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, mix, and bake bread loaves, rolls, buns, and other bakery products daily.
- Follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
- Monitor and control oven temperature and baking times to ensure product quality.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, including mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and ensure freshly baked goods are available for customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and support customer demands.
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make adjustments as needed.
