The Canterbury Clinical Network (CCN) is a collaborative of health professionals, mana whenua, consumers, and cross sector partners working collaboratively to improve the hauora (health and wellbeing) of our communities from Kaikōura to Ashburton.

**About the role**

We bring people together in forums to design equitable health services and make collective decisions about how, when and where services are delivered. In this role you will:

- Facilitate the work of Service Level Collaborative (SLC) groups and manage a range of projects aimed at improving equitable access to healthcare.

**What you will bring**

This role would suit someone that is passionate about working collaboratively to facilitate improvements in access to healthcare and hauora. Essential attributes include:

- An understanding of tikanga Māori, particularly as it relates to hauora Māori.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural collaborator that can engage with and bring diverse groups of people together.
- An articulate and keen communicator.
- Motivated by improving hauora of people and their whānau, keeping them at the centre of everything we do.
- Able to handle ambiguity associated with rapidly changing environments.
- Takes a positive solution-oriented approach.
