**Castle Hill BMW** has an exciting opportunity for a **Workshop Controller** to join their top-performing dealership.

**About the role**:
The Workshop Controller is the principal point of contact for all customer communication before, during, and after the vehicle visits the retail centre. As such, the person filling this role must be focused on customer facing activities to always ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and care for vehicle servicing and repair.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Carry out a review of the work scheduled for pre-planning
- Ensure allowed times on repairs are correct and reasonable to OEM standard
- Liaise with the Master Technician for any speculative ordering of parts for repairs
- Confer with Parts Department for known pre-pick items
- Participate in Production meetings to review carry over, WIP and work due

- Demonstrate employee handling skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Computer literate
- Display a high level of Literacy and Numeracy
- Good technical knowledge
- Effective time management
