As the department manager, you will oversee the daily operations and procurement of the Chilled, Frozen, and Liquor Department. You will report directly to the Store Manager and play a vital role in leading a successful team to achieve outstanding outcomes.

As a part of this position, your responsibilities will involve:

- Improving sales through effective inventory management.
- Preventing stock shortages.
- Efficient and exciting pricing strategies.
- Efficient and effective communication

Additionally, you will optimise the overall customer experience by fine-tuning the store layout and analysing the product offerings. Further, you will motivate and empower your team to achieve exceptional outcomes and remain fully invested in their work.
