**_The Opportunity;_**

We are recruiting for a Digital Enablement Specialist to join Ritchies, at our head office in Swanson, reporting to the Director of Technology.

We’re looking for a proactive and innovative Digital Enablement Specialist to spearhead our digital transformation at Ritchies. In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll be at the forefront of digitising and automating processes to reduce manual effort across the organisation.

Your expertise with the Microsoft Power Suite—Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint—will be crucial in streamlining workflows and boosting productivity. You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of cutting-edge workplace tools and AI technologies, ensuring that our teams are fully equipped to leverage these advancements.

Your role will also involve delivering targeted training to empower our staff, helping them maximise the benefits of new technologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Ritchies is one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading passenger transport companies with a team of more than 2,000 people providing coach and charter services right across the country. We partner with regional councils and schools to supply public transport services as well as offering a range of bus and coach hire services to businesses and the general public. **_ About You;_**

You are an established professional with a hands-on approach and a passion for driving digital transformation. You excel in championing the adoption of modern workplace tools, ensuring that every employee harnesses technology to its fullest potential.

Proactive and resourceful, you have a knack for identifying opportunities to digitise and automate processes, reducing manual effort across the organisation. You are also skilled in developing and delivering effective training programs to empower staff in utilizing these technologies.

As a collaborative team player, you communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups, making complex concepts easy to understand.

**_Your Skills;_**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certification in Microsoft 365, particularly in areas like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint, is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in business automation, modern workplace adoption, and AI integration.
- Excellent communicator
- Great business acumen
- Interest in public transport
- Health and safety savvy
