Administrator

We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our team.

**About the business**:
Kevler Homes is a Christchurch based residential building company, specialising in building first homes through to architectural homes. We are a fast-growing team who are looking for our next team member.

**Purpose of job**:
Work is performed primarily in an office setting, all duties relating to the administration of our builds.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Coordinate administrative tasks, ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed.
- Liaise with city council, trade suppliers and other staff, together with other functions that enable the team to focus on core business.
- Be vigilant in advising the team of any activity that may represent a risk or threat to the business.
- Attend all staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the General Manager.

Experience / Qualifications / Knowledge:

Essential_**
- Experience in a wide range of administration/coordination role within busy and pressured office environments.
- Well-developed computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office, including an intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Excellent communication skill.

**_Preferable_**
- Experience within the residential building industry.
- Experience with Health and Safety in the residential building industry.
