As a senior member of the wider geotechnical team you will mentor staff and generally work with other teams in ANZ providing support across our sectors of Transport, Built Environment, Water, Energy and Advisory. With great all-round communication and presentation skills, you will attend client meetings and manage the client interface on significant projects.

- Work with external and internal clients as a member of the geotechnical team
- Advise our internal professionals
- Assist as a team member or lead geotechnical related projects
- Preparation and review of reports and specifications
- You will be a degree qualified Geotechnical Engineer, ideally with a higher degree or specialist experience within the geotechnical industry and a clean driving license. This role suits someone who is looking to help grow and develop a team of high performing geotechnical professionals.
In addition to the above, ideally you will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Chartered Professional Engineer status
- Expertise in ground characterisation
- Experience in seismic assessments and design
- A strong knowledge of NZ design and construction
- Experience in routinely used geotechnical software, such as Rocscience suite/Plaxis
- Proficiency in project management
- Well-developed sense of engineering risk
- Understanding of commercial risk
- Preparedness to innovate and think outside the square
- Ongoing development of professional skills
This is a great opportunity to grow your skills while working with the best in the business.
In turn you’ll be working on significant projects that shape the communities in which we live. You will build connections with our local and international experts and bring this knowledge to our clients and to their projects. We adopt a pioneering mindset to meet our challenges head on.
You'll also have access to a number of company benefits including increased Employer KiwiSaver contribution, Agile working, life insurance, coaching and mentoring and our Purchase Leave policy, to name a few
Now could not be a better time to join us. If you believe you have these skills and would like to work with our great team, we'd love to hear from you
There's no time like the present to make a change.
