**Responsibilities**:

- Strategize and implement targeted Facebook ad campaigns to attract sellers of scrap cars.
- Negotiate effectively to secure the best deals for scrap vehicles, demonstrating strong bargaining and communication skills.
- Utilize Google Ads to enhance our online presence and reach a broader audience.
- Manage and optimize our website to create an efficient and user-friendly platform for car sellers.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies for acquiring scrap cars.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on the performance of ad campaigns and acquisition efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in online marketing, with expertise in creating and managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a successful track record of securing favorable deals.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and a solid understanding of scrap car valuation would be benifitial.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of website optimization techniques is a plus.
