It is a fast-paced environment, so if you enjoy being busy and you're self-motivated, this might be the opportunity for you **What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?** Agribusiness in Manawatu works in as one team with the Wairarapa & Hawkes Bay Agri Business which give us a regional scale to leverage of a highly experienced group of rural bankers and best serve our customers across the lower north island. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with primarily dairy clients in this set but also a sizeable book of quality sheep & beef clients - this presents real opportunity to grow BNZ's presence and to grow your expertise. **What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity?** We need to find someone who is motivated by connecting with new opportunities - not afraid to put themselves out there or pick up the phone to see how we can help. They also need to be able to be seen as a "trusted advisor" and build confidence by demonstrating their ability to work effectively through funding requirements for customers. **What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?** We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious team player who has a growth mindset and desire to contribute to a high performing team.
