These are full time permanent positions working in day shift, evening shift and special one off jobs. We do most of our work in evenings/nights.

You will need to be flexible and have the drive enthusiasm to work on a roster with availability of working on weekends and public holidays.

You musty be reliable, punctual, represent the company in a positive light, and have the ability to get the job done without supervision at times.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**
- vacuuming carpets, curtains and upholstery
- cleaning, dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings
- removing rubbish and recyclable material
- stripping wax from floors, re-waxing and polishing floors
- cleaning and disinfecting laundry and bathroom fixtures, replenishing supplies and reporting defective plumbing fixtures
- operating industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines
- removing dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes and fixtures
- Cleaning office spaces, industrial work areas, construction sites, and other commercial premises as designated allocated company sites.
- following proper security regulations, arming/ disarming sites on arrival and departure.
- travelling to different locations of wellington to get job done.
- Heavy lifting up to 30kg - 50kg

- Focus on customer service and delivery of outcomes
- Able to work in split shifts
- valid drivers licence (NZ or overseas)

**Additional Notes**

As we are continuing to grow, there can be a requirement to travel across Wellington.

Valid NZ working visa is essential.

Minimum wage will be $26-$30/ hour and a minimum of 32 hours per week, with most of the requirements at nights or in the weekend. You must be reliable and would be able to work in split shifts morning/evening/nights.

2 x days off per week

Potential to earn overtime available

Locations are throughout Wellington.

No Qualification required as full training of detailed cleaning, using machines and using chemicals will provided on job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
