**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting Kaituruki - Tutors to support LAWS111’s intensive summer offering. Tutorials are online via Zoom, in two cycles each week, delivered Tuesday-Friday at 07:30 am (1h) and 5:30 pm (1h). Kaituruki - Tutors are engaged for 11 weeks within the 12-week run (17 November to 19 December 2025; 5 January to 22 February 2026). Tutorials cannot be postponed; an important part of this job is working with the teaching team to make sure that all tutorials are covered.

Key responsibilities:

- Facilitate discussion and skills practice aligned to weekly materials.
- Keep your group on schedule in an intensive delivery.
- Deliver tutorials in the scheduled Zoom windows; coordinate with the team to ensure coverage.

**Ō pūmanawa - About you**

You will be a current or recent teaching contributor, confident delivering online tutorials, reliable in an intensive timetable, and comfortable using Zoom and Nuku.

Key requirements:

- Prior teaching involvement in LAWS121/122/123.
- Confident online facilitation; reliable under time pressure.
- Comfortable with Nuku and Zoom.
