Car Yard Manager:

experience in the same area with attitude to take workload and be efficient and be able to start early. The job duties
may include but not limited to:
Perform selected office facility maintenance and is responsible for the upkeep & maintenance of the Yard,
parking areas, and buildings.
Buying and selling of cars and to determine the stock level and product mix
Provide and insure a maintenance plan for all tools and equipment is in enforced.
Understanding of different legislations is required while preparing a contract.
Management and Statistical reports should be prepared.
Performs weekly & monthly inventory reports and analysis of usage.
Coordinating the appropriate supply of new and used vehicles and ordering/acquiring vehicle inventory
accordingly.
Creating the annual dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales, gross and operating profits as
well as expenses.
Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
Develop and promote marketing strategies.
Ensuring standards for quality, customer care, health and safety are met.
Understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
Show ethical and professional behavior; work in a way to optimize the best practice for business.
Help business to grow through the difficult and vulnerable stages of development.
Bring innovation ideas to the business and liaison with the Director and external links.
Scan the business environment and grab the opportunities to grow more.
Coordinate with business strategies and client services management.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
