**Hourly Rate**
$23.00-$30.00
**Hours per Week**
Guaranteed hours of work per week:Minimum 30 hours. Up to 50 hours.
We now need 3Hydroponics Farm Supervisor, and you will be working on different shifts.
**Your Key Responsibilities will be**:
- Choose plants to be planted for each growing season that can be grown cost-effectively hydroponically
- Develop/Maintain a system and time schedule for planting vegetables, herbs, and other plants
- Oversee maintenance of hydroponic equipment and greenhouse, ordering of necessary equipment and seeds, and maintaining accurate records and propagation journals.
- Determine what nutrients are needed by the plants being produced
- Make hydroponic systems more efficient
- Test and maintain water quality for growing- Providingquality checks& supervision to all workers
- Giving training &demonstration to new workers
- Arranging tools and labor on a daily basis, according to seasonand customer orders
- Contacting customers to confirm orders and deliveries
- Contacting suppliers for all types of supplies, including tools, nutrition, and others
- **General Requirements**:
- Relevant qualifications and previous work experience are not compulsory but would be an advantage. On-job training will be provided where necessary
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Contribute towards the smooth running of the team
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including those relating to hygiene, respect for other team members, timekeeping, and flexibility
