**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

Te Whatu Ora's Recruitment Campaign & Marketing team is accountable for the development, implementation, and management of Te Whatu Ora's domestic and international recruitment campaigns, including supporting regional and local campaign activity. This team has a significant role in managing stakeholder relationships and engagement to ensure the best recruitment outcomes for all. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to create strong and engaging digital content to represent Te Whatu Ora, this team is also responsible for the ongoing operations and optimisation of the Kiwi Health Jobs and Te Whatu Ora's career website.

**Mōu | About you**

We're looking for a talented Data Analyst to work within Te Whatu Ora's Recruitment Campaign & Marketing team. You'll help drive business decisions by providing quality data, insights and analysis to inform workforce initiatives, forecasting, and recruitment activity for Te Whatu Ora. This role will require someone who's passionate about data and telling stories derived from large, complex data sets using business intelligence and data visualisation tools. You will develop, implement and maintain databases as well as prepare and present high-quality reports for executives, project teams and external stakeholders. You'll have a keen eye for detail and enjoy identifying and implementing new business processes and other strategies to improve efficiency and quality of data in order to maximise value. Our office is based in Wellington, but this role can accommodate remote working arrangements across the motu.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Demonstrated experience with complex databases and data manipulation/extraction
- Competence in effectively analysing, interpreting and communicating data / information
- Experience in creating, maintaining and presenting dashboards using PowerBi and other tools that stakeholders will understand
- Experience with Google Analytics
- High computer literacy
- Great attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and effectively deliver in multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong productive relationships.
- Can-do attitude and initiative to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Developed Microsoft Excel and/or PowerBI skills

**This role requires and/or would benefit from the following**
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a willingness to learn and grow
