YMCA Taranaki require a permanent part time cleaner to deliver a high quality cleaning service at our Youth services site at Rangiatea in Spotswood.

The hours of work are 10 hours per week - 2 hours per day in the morning, Monday to Friday. The start time can be flexible to suit you. There is potential for more hours at our Liardet street site, and to cover absences of other YMCA cleaners as required.

**To excel in this role you need the following attributes**:

- Experienced in cleaning, commercial cleaning preferred.
- Professional and customer focused.
- Good communication skills.
- Produce high quality cleaning service
- High energy, drive and positivity.
- Ability to resolve problems and make decisions.
- Strong work ethic with a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Physically fit for the role.
- Work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Have a high standard of personal grooming.
