We are looking for a talented individual with solid UI experience and a passion for incorporating UX into designs.

As a UX Designer with Enlighten you will work with clients across a variety of industries and across different parts of the business. A true creative, you will develop UX frameworks and principles that are reusable, user-focussed and fit for the size and scale of Enlighten’s clients. You thrive on great client interactions and designing and conducting different types of user research brings you joy. Your excellent design capabilities mean you have what it takes to create functional and inspiring web concepts and graphics that bring clients’ visions and brands to life. You will use your UX and design skills to contribute to Enlighten’s growing UX practice. In fact, it’s these qualities combined with your genuine curiosity about people and highly adaptable character that will equip you to build collaborative and enduring relationships with your colleagues and clients, allowing you to shift seamlessly between multiple projects.

**Your expertise**:
A blend of the following skills, experiences and natural attributes that will equip you for success in this role:

- 3 years+ proven and demonstrated UX skills in multiple research methods
- 5 years+ creating high quality designs post completion of a design or related degree
- The ability to contribute analytical and highly creative ideas to projects
- Working within a team environment collaborating with Business Analysts and Developers
- Problem-solving skills with knowledge of challenges that can be faced in the digital world
- Proficiency in UI/UX tools and approaches
- Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
- Effective time management that enables delivery of work within agreed timeframes
- Commitment in all interactions, keeping clients at the heart of all engagements
- Natural curiosity and aspiration to continuously learn and grow
- Commitment to collaborative working practices that ensure the decision-making process creates a sense of unity.
- Ability to work within a clients’ budget and prioritise well, knowing where to focus your efforts to always deliver high quality results
