Are you an occupational therapist who is passionate about delivering services to clients in their own home and community?

This is a permanent fulltime position working in our well-established community-based rehabilitation team, managing a diverse case load across our ACC funded and private services.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing a community based clinical caseload with support from the Clinical Team Leader as required. This could include a range of assessment or rehabilitation services.
- Seeing clients in their own homes and community, or provision of telehealth input to achieve the best outcomes possible
- Working as part of an interdisciplinary team and contributing to a great team culture.
- Supporting the development of other clinicians including students on placement.
- Participation in team meetings, clinical IDT meetings, and professional development opportunities

**What you will bring | Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turanga**
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience as a registered Occupational Therapist. Additional support can be organised for the right applicant who are newer in the profession.
- Experience in, or a passion to develop skills in community-based rehabilitation services. This may include rehabilitation, concussion, housing modification, wheelchair and seating and vocational.
- Understanding of, and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- An awareness of Health Legislation and the NZ health funding systems
- Current NZ Registration with NZROT
