We are looking for a number of Intermediate - Senior developers, specifically a back-end specialist. We're early stage and growing (very) fast. You'll be the 20th employee and the 5th full time engineering hire.

We have recently built out a Product team with 3 Full Stack Developers, a Tech Lead, a Design Lead, and a Product Lead. There's so much exciting work that we're expanding this team further.

You'll play a key role in technical development, including scoping, design and build of features and maintenance of the Tracksuit platform. You'll be pivotal to the growth of Tracksuit, shaping our Product Team, and ensuring objectives are completed on time, with best practice.

Ideally, you'll have 3+ years experience working in a similar role and have experience working with:

- Typescript / Javascript / NodeJS
- Java,.NET, Python or Rust
- SQL/NoSQL databases
- Cloud platforms (e.g AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Infrastructure as code
- Serverless architecture

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
