This is why **Bupa Whitby Care Home located in Porirua is searching for like-mind Cleaners to join our community. There 2x Permanent, Part time positions available on a 4 days on and 2 days off rotating roster**:

- ** Mix of 8AM to 2PM and 9AM to 2PM shifts**:

- ** 9AM to 2PM shift**

As part of our Housekeeping team, you will help create a homely and healthy place for our residents by providing an exceptional cleaning service to the Care Home. You will help us rise to the challenges of enriching the lives of society’s most vulnerable.

**Where You Will Make an Impact**
- Maintain a high standard of cleaning as set out on the cleaning schedule.
- Managing cleaning supplies.
- Meeting of daily schedule to ensure that residents’ rooms and public areas are in perfect order, reporting any faults or issues to the Household supervisor.
- Adhere to Health & Safety policies, procedures, and safe chemical use and storage.
- Treat residents with respect and dignity.

**What About You**
- Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment is preferable.
- Be prepared to roll up your sleeve and get stuck into whatever needs to get done.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, care, and passion for making a difference in our residents’ lives.
- Must have flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends and evenings.
- Reliable transport or travel arrangements.
