**ABOUT THE ROLE**
You will be part of the growing team supporting the Company's mid to large enterprise clients. As a network engineer, you will be responsible for BAU, designing and implementing network configurations, troubleshooting performance issues, performing network monitoring, and configuring security systems.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support for all network, security, and communications infrastructures
- Help resolve escalated or critical support calls by assisting with Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Provide high quality, effective service through the mentoring of network team members and the development of the skills and knowledge of Information Technology staff.
- Technical Documentation
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience working in a similar position for 2-5 years
- Strong understanding and experience of Cisco routing and switching
- Experience with firewalls (FortiGate preferably, ASA and Palo Alto)
- VOIP, CCTV
- Proficiency with LAN/WAN protocols
- Experience with troubleshooting, incident response, problem solving, and change management
- Highly customer-focused, proactive, able to adapt and perform under pressure, as well as meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Good understanding of IT products, solutions, and IT technical knowledge
