We are seeking an Administrator to support the College of Humanities and Social Sciences Te Kura Pūkenga Tangata by providing comprehensive, high-quality general and specialist administration support. As the successful applicant, you will be enabling effective engagement with external and internal stakeholders, strategic priorities, and programmes of work. You will be contributing to the development of new ways of performing working and support awareness and uptake by managers and staff of self-service and work request systems. This role also provides technical support to Senior Administrators on any aspect of their work.

- highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and cooperatively as an effective team member, with absolute discretion when dealing with sensitive situations and confidential matters
- strong problem-solving capabilities, with a high level of maturity, initiative, and personal integrity
- proven ability for accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to question
- significant administration experience with the ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives at the same time
- experience in servicing formal and complex committees.
As an Administrator you will be required to undertake a range and mix of administrative tasks including finance administration, research project administration, HR administration, and project management to a high level of proficiency.
