We seek an experienced, positive and motivated Store Manager for our flagship store, located in the historic downtown ferry building in the CBD.
The store is a busy environment, serving our gorgeous gelato and Allpress coffee to Waiheke/Devonport ferry passengers, tourists, local office workers and people exploring or dining in the CBD area.
With bags of drive, energy and a passion for customer service, you’ll need to have strong store management & people leadership experience gained within brand experience & customer focused food & beverage business.
The ability to foster a positive team culture to deliver our brand experience is key to success in this role, in addition to the effective management of staff rosters, stock control, compliance with food safety and workplace legislative requirements.

The store trades 7 days per week, from 7am to 10 / 11pm. Some weekend and evening shifts will be necessary.
**Skills and experience**
- Management of a high volume F&B store, with a team of 10 - 20 people.
- Experienced in team leadership, customer service, training & recruitment.
- Manage rosters against budgeted hours.
- Stock management controls/EOM procedures.
- A great communicator, who leads by example.
- Passion for people, food and beverage.
- Energy, enthusiasm with a can do attitude.
- Ability to multitask, and perform under pressure.
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
