**The Company**:
Our client is an iconic NZ organisation within their industry, known for partnering with some of the country's leading organisations in their respective space. Due to the continued success of their services, they are on the hunt for a new member to join their Platforms Support team.

**The Role**:
Working in their Platforms Support team, you’ll be responsible for providing high quality customer service and administrative support to the wider business and its customers. You will be the first line of support covering multiple internal platforms including API Logs, our CRM and Ad-Manager. Having an understanding of Google analytics would be advantageous.

Our client really cares about delivering exceptional service to their clients, so having a passion for what you do is vital to succeed in this role. They’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond in all aspects of support

**Skills**:

- 4+ years' customer service or administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to look for better ways to do things and manage workload effectively
- Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
- Flexible and positive attitude
