Cleaner

**About the Role**

As a casual Cleaner, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our café, base, and surrounding areas are immaculate and welcoming. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, actively participate in our Health and Safety system, and help us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation across all customer-facing areas
- Day-to-day cleaning of the BWR café and base
- Ensure all areas are free of rubbish and immaculately presented
- Communicate issues and equipment needs
- Support the Operations Manager in delivering a high-quality product and service
- Input into the development and review of policies and procedures
- Adhere to all THL and BWR policies and procedures
- Demonstrate a positive approach to teamwork and customer interaction

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, reliable, trustworthy, and honest
- High standard of personal presentation and hygiene
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude
- Responsible and committed to work
- Must be available on a 7-day rotating roster
- High work attendance record
