As a member of our team, you will be able to utilize your expertise in wound care management, continence management, rheumatic fever prophylaxis, and palliative care. We are searching for a flexible registered nurse who can work independently using evidence-based practices.
The available roles are based in the Otara Hub, Mangere Hub, and Eastern Locality, with potential assignments to other Community Health Team bases as needed.
You will be supported by an interdisciplinary team, as well as have access to continuing in-service education, professional development opportunities, and supervision provided by senior colleagues.
This is an exciting period to be working in the community and establishing novel ways of operating. We can provide the support if you possess the eagerness. A thorough orientation will be provided to you
**Essential**:
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Current Full NZ Drivers Licence
- A strong commitment and genuine interest in quality and service improvement
- A strong desire and commitment to community district nursing
- The ability to work independently and be a team player
**Desired**:
- Embarked on a Post Graduate qualification or equivalent in relevant clinical area
- Proficient level or higher on the CCP (RN pathway)
