**Working Hours**: at least 45 hours per week.

You are responsible for working in the food production line and load ingredients into our industrial Tofu and noodles-making equipment. You also monitor the machinery during the cooking and mixing process to make sure our product quality standards are being met. Training will be provided for newcomers.

**Please note**: The job requires lifting heavy food items that could weigh up to 25kg, and includes folding mixes, packing and moving boxes, and many other things.

**Job responsibilities**:
Operate machinery to ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing of tofu and noodles.
Perform quality control of tofu and noodles by checking and removing any unsatisfactory/defective products.
Perform housekeeping and cleaning work of food equipment, machinery, and workspace.
Comprehend written instructions and recipes from the company when putting together ingredients and starting a new batch of products
Remove the finished product from the production line and push batches to the next step of the process for packaging
Verify that each finished item meets the quality standards of the company by observing the size and shape of each food item
Follow company instructions and SOP to support production
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Skills and Experience**:
Minimum experience working in a food-processing factory and/or manufacturing experience preferred
Good hygiene and understanding of food safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
Physically fit to be on your feet for 10-hour shifts and lift up to 25kg
Attention to detail, particularly in repetitive tasks
Positive attitude and reliability that will ensure youre at work helping the team every shift
