**We are looking for a new Team Lead for the preschool room**:

- Someone who is compassionate and supportive by nature and fosters a harmonious culture based on respect.
- A leader with drive; motivated to achieve best outcomes for the children, and isn't afraid of courageous conversations along the way in order to achieve this.
- Cares about empowering their team and encourages each teacher to keep their passion for quality education alive.
- Warm approachable, yet professional presence, and will take great pride in representing the centre to whanau and our community.
- Family communication is a priority. When we enrol a new child, we're welcoming their entire whanau and prioritise these relationships.
- Qualified and registered ECE kaiako
- Sound knowledge of ECE regulations and professional standards.
- Full NZ drivers licence
- Has the right to work and live in New Zealand.
