As a Customer Success Manager, you will work directly with Cin7 customers to ensure they get maximum value from our platform and deliver a great customer experience. Working in partnership with our Sales and Onboarding teams, you will help our customers achieve both their technical and business goals, while driving retention and growth for Cin7. You will also amplify the voice of the customer internally by driving continuous feedback into our Product, Engineering and Marketing teams on ways we can better serve our customers. You will work with internal stakeholders to remove barriers, find solutions, and provide a delightful experience to your accounts.

**What you’ll do**:
- Enhance customer experiences and identify areas of opportunity to increase software adoption and engagement
- Conduct business reviews and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges
- Advise on updates, upgrades and changes to purchased products to improve operational efficiency for customers.
- Partner with engineering and product to relay customer needs, issues, and experiences to drive product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization
- Anticipate issues and find opportunities to replicate and systematize solutions used for other customers in order to support effective scaling as the team and customer base grows
- Work with the team to develop, track, and respond to the critical metrics that drive success across the organization
- Determine customer goals and collaborate on customized strategic plans while driving customer accountability.
- Monitor customer health and build associated risk mitigation plans
- Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources.
- Develop Customer Success assets and playbooks and refine processes internally
**What you’ll bring**:
- Ability to leverage data to understand customer health and account penetration
- Strong relationship-building experience with top accounts and key stakeholders within the business
- Experience working in a SaaS environment
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
- Independently own client relationships and able to bring in management when needed
- Understand who the client is and what the client's needs are; be able to provide realistic expectations and objectives and reach an agreement with the client.
- Strong presentation skills, can command the attention of business leaders while providing key data and updates
- 4+ years in a customer-facing role
- Highly organized to ensure all clients receive an ongoing proactive engagement
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to identify and mitigate churn
