**Job Description** Hours of work**:

- Tuesday to Friday - 9:30am - 6pm
- Saturday - 8am - 5pm

Warehouse Stationery in Royal Oak, Auckland, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Keyholder 3IC to join our team. As the third-in-command, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store management and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Support the store manager and assistant manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Manage and motivate team members, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Ensure proper stock management, including receiving deliveries, conducting inventory checks, and maintaining organised shelves
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist in training new team members and conducting performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a stationery or office supplies environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences
- Proficiency in cash handling and reconciliation
- Solid understanding of inventory management and stock control procedures
- Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift and move stock as required
- Knowledge of stationery products and office supplies is highly desirable
