You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest standard of teaching and an effective learning environment for your Mechanical Trades students at Manukau Institute of Technology. **Mōu te take - E uiga ia te oe - About you**: You are someone who is student and outcome focussed and will need to be self-motivated and enthusiastic with excellent verbal and written communication skills to compliment your presentation skills. You will enjoy working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. You will have a Mechanical trade qualification in Machining and Fabrication an advantage with a minimum of 5 years trade experience. You will bring with you a good range of industry contacts and communication skills and must enjoy seeing students progress and learn.
