Capgemini Financial Services is a Global Strategic Business Unit that provides information technology and consultancy services to the Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance industries. Capgemini FS brings you leading insights & deep industry experience to drive the future of Financial Services. Capgemini Testing Service Line provides Testing and related Environment/DevOps services to various financial clients. This service produces clearly identifiable results, notably the reduction in the cost of software development and maintenance by up to 30%, enhanced quality levels, improved time to market, and importantly mitigation of technical and business risks.
The Test manager will be repsonsible for defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery. Deploying and managing the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing mandate.
Ideally you will have experience in developing the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.

- Will be able to take ownership of designing the E2E Testing strategy and work with the delivery squad, Quality engineering team during the project to ensure all the testing artifacts are presented and sign-off in a timely manner.
- Responsible for making test Strategies and planning
- Managing multiple stakeholders' domain expertise in liaising with business stakeholders in regard to testing practise and offering proven best practice methods and procedure
- Prepare the Test strategy, test plan and test closure report for the program/project
- Define the management process and drive defect triage

**Let's talk about your capability and experience**:

- Extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Software Engineering
- Experience in Agile Methodology and supporting the deployment for all phases of testing, including resourcing, scheduling, environment and tools, management of test scripts and process
- Well versed in resourcing and scheduling testing activities with accountability to keep on track
- Experience within Banking Domain Preferrable but not mandatory
