- ** About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated **Patient Care Assistant** to join our **Lymphoedema Service** team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a healthcare setting, supporting patients and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care. This is a part-time position 20 hours per week Mon-Fri, spread over 5 days. Working hours are negotiable.

As a **Patient Care Assistant**, you will:

- Support clinical and **administrative activities**,** including appointment management and data entry
- Assist in the delivery of **Lymphoedema services** under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Support patients with clinical information, escalate as required and ensuring a positive patient experience
- Maintain **patient privacy and confidentiality** while delivering high-quality care

**About You**

Due to the nature of the work, you will need to prove that you are a team player and can combine administration skills with exceptional customer service and people skills.
- **Compassionate and patient-focused** individuals with a passion for healthcare
- **Previous administration experience** in a service-based or healthcare environment
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**:

- Ability to work **collaboratively in a team** and adapt to a dynamic environment
