We Require a full time Administrator to perform a range of tasks related with the implementation of management decisions and coordination of operartions related to staff and the day to day administration of our business.
An applicant must have to generate report and send it to management.
weekly meeting should be performed with all the staff.
Ensuring weekly timesheets are prepared and signed off prior to required deadlines.
keep up to date paper works.
cooperating with orchard managers on a daily basis to discuss about the orchard works.
you have to enter large volume of data in our company database on a daily basis.
An applicant have to assure all the data entered is correct to make invoice weekly and a make payroll as well.
