**About You**

As a Village Manager you are the heart of the village, supporting our residents, families and team members. We are looking for a dynamic person to come into this well-established, boutique style village in Christchurch and use their extensive staff management skills and proven leadership experience to drive the village forward. You will be responsible for managing the independent living, serviced apartments and residential care, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care is provided to all our residents.

Not only are you responsible for our precious residents, you will build meaningful relationships with your team members by being kind, approachable and supportive - an all-round people person. You will have experience creating, developing and managing multi-disciplined teams as you will enjoy leadership variety in this role. Supported by your village leadership team, you will lead Clinical to Kitchen, Maintenance to Administration teams and more. Your high energy and resilience are matched by your excellent problem solving and communication skills. Clinical experience is an advantage.

This role is supported by an experienced senior management team as well as assistance from our office team members to help you achieve the very best for the village.
