We are seeking a Fresh Foods Manager to help lead our amazing Fresh Food Departments. This is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level, as well as joining a Management Team that strives for excellence.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role entails some key responsibilities including:

- Leading our Fresh Department Managers, ensuring they are being supported, developed, and empowered to make key decisions for our business.
- Ensuring we have the best quality product at all times for our customer
- Compliance with all regulations regarding food safety, and active promotion of its importance.
- Developing and executing an inspiring meal solution offering in our store that ensures our customer have the best shopping experience.
- Achieving financial targets and high performance on key metrics, as well as instilling operational excellence in our Fresh departments.
- Involvement in strategic planning for the store.

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for an applicant that:

- Has experience in a Fresh Foods department or similar food environment.
- Has experience in leading a team of people in a retail environment.
- Has good computer, SAP and financial literacy
- Has a passion for food and delivering the best service for our customer.
