**The position**

**The Hospital**
Rotorua Hospital Radiology has up to date equipment, 3 Siemens DR rooms and a Hybrid DR solution in the remaining x-ray room soon to be replaced with a fully DR room, 2x GE OEC Elite flat panel C-arms for theatre and 2x DR Mobiles. Our CT scanner is currently in the process of being replaced and our MRI is only a few years old. We are a friendly Radiology Department providing excellent patient care and a quality general x-ray service. We have an in house CPD program and support for external CPD.

Centrally located in the middle of the North Island, Rotorua is an adventure and sporting mecca and a nature-lover's paradise. Find an abundance of outdoor activities including world class Mountain Biking and no end of water activities on one of the multitude of local lakes. Discover the marvels of the thermal areas that Rotorua is famed for and enjoy the horde of walking tracks within the region. If that’s not enough within a short distance are Lake Taupo, Tongariro National park and the Bay of Plenty’s beautiful beaches.
