The growth of Hello Claims has created exciting opportunities for a trade qualified, heavy motor expert to take the next step in their career and become an Heavy Motor Assessor / Repair Manager, within our team. We are looking for a positive, can-do attitude who is ready to harness their skills in the heavy motor industry and build on these to become a market leading assessor within the Insurance sector.

**The opportunity**:
- Develop a new career pathway utilising your existing knowledge and experience
- Interacting with our Customers, Clients, Repairers, and internal staff to build strong relationships and capture critical information to proactively manage insurance repairs
- Maintain regular communication with Management on technical or customer service issues
- Responsible for undertaking daily allocated assessments
- Preparing written assessment reports sent directly to the client
**About you**:
- Trade Qualified
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with heavy vehicles, within the New Zealand market.
- Knowledge of the latest repair methodology
- Proven innovative nature and ability to contribute to the development of the company
- Excellent customer service skills including ability to communicate verbally and written effectively
- Ability to work autonomously, be self-managed and prioritise effectively
- Demonstrated computer, software and keyboard skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
