**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
We are looking for casual Administrators to join our Temporary Staffing Bureau team, providing cover for the day-to-day operation of clerical and administrative support services across Te Toka Tumai Auckland.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across a variety of hospital departments while contributing to the delivery of quality care and service.
**Nga Pukenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
Provide administrative and clerical support to areas such as Patient Administration Services, Reception, Temporary Staffing Bureau and other wards
Display professionalism and deliver excellent customer service at all times
Provide accurate information and directions to patients, whanau, and staff
**Youll bring**
A strong background in customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Competence with Microsoft Office and computer systems
Previous administration experience (healthcare preferred)
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality results
This is a **casual position**, offered on an **as-and-when-required basis** with no guaranteed hours.
