We are seeking highly motivated and skilled customer focused individual to join a team of dedicated call centre consultants. As a call centre insurance consultant, you will deliver excellent customer experience through answering and responding to customer enquiries throughout all channels via inbound, outbound, and digital communication channels.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide exceptional and accurate service in every customer interaction, by meeting guidelines and always maintaining a professional and friendly manner.
- To maximise and deliver individual, team and business objectives through the achievement of KPI’s, retention, productivity, referrals through good customer outcomes.
- Strong focus on efficiency and proactivity participating in creating a high-performance team environment.
- Taking ownership of customer problems and ensure that they are resolved to the delight of the customer.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
- Participate in relevant project work as and when required, including ways to improve service and retention results
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of all products, services, promotions and campaigns. This may include proactively being involved in new product offerings to provide input and ideas from the customer service perspective when applicable.

Qualifications:

- NCEA or equivalent (essential)
- Approximately 3 years general work experience, including general administration and frontline sales and/or customer service experience, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
