Known internally as a Validations Specialist, the **Validations Officer** is within the Transactional Processing team, there is multiple roles either a fixed term or a full time 30 hour opportunity. This role supports Belron NZ and our Authorised Dealer Network. Its primary focus is submitting validation requests to our Key accounts, managing the communication and delivering fantastic customer service with each interaction.

**What will you be doing?**
- Submitting validation requests to our Key Accounts.
- Maintaining service levels and standards
- Data Entry
- Responding to customers positively and with respect
- Complex administration tasks with variety
- Communication with Key Accounts and wider business

**What do you need to be able to bring?**
- Administrative background
- Desire to take on a variety of tasks
- Proven ability to multi task and manage your time
- Confidence to communicate within the internal or external business
- Curiosity to investigate issues, identify the root cause and suggest solutions
