We have an exciting opportunity on offer for an experienced Civil Site Foreman in Tauranga.
With a strong workload forecast, and continual growth, this is a highly respected and well known Nationwide Civil Contractor.

You'll be working with a variety of people on site, so your ability to be a hands on foreman is essential.
You will be undertaking inductions, tool box talks and ensuring everything on site is efficient and effective. You'll be highly organized, competent and confident managing a team. Having excellent communication is essential in this role.

Your key responsibilities are:
Leading the operational crew to deliver work on time, and safely.
Day-to-day coordination and site control of direct labour, plant, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project documentation, relevant standards, and quality assurance requirements.

What you'll bring to the table:
WTR endorsements and HT licenses
A background in Civil roading and construction
Proven experience in leading a crew
A can-do attitude and the ability to problem solve
An unwavering commitment towards health & safety

You must be legally allowed to work in New Zealand.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- WTR & HT (required)
