Our Opportunity

We currently have an immediate vacancy to cover a maternity leave as our Receptionist & Site Administrator at our Quality Bakers Dunedin site. As Site Administrator your role is to provide high quality administration and financial support to the site and site leadership.

Please note, this is a fixed-term position for 6 months. Whilst it is a 5-day a week position we are flexible with hours between 30 - 40 per week.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Manage Purchase Order (POs) numbers and receipting. Monitor Accounts Payable and credit invoicing

Management of the daily distribution (both incoming and outgoing) of mail and courier deliveries

Reception support including signing-in of visitors and contractors and delivering H&S inductions

About You

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previousadministration experience

Experience in FMCG/and or manufacturing environment (Desired)

Previous experience with SAP (Desired) but not essential, we can teach you SAP

Microsoft Office Suite
