**What's the job?**

InterGroup are New Zealand's Infrastructure and Industrial Services specialists, delivering services in waste management, industrial and coatings and infrastructure. You may not have heard of us, but we do a lot - and we've got aspirations to be number one in every area we deliver. The only thing stopping us is needing more people That's where you come in, are you up for the challenge?

You will ensure the safety and wellbeing of all CS Entrants, gas detection for entry into Vessels/ Tanks / CSE, Mercury and Benzene testing, norms testing, naturally occurring radiation material. You will possess a common Permit to work and will receive CSE permit and gas test for entry into Tank / Vessel. You should be able to wear a full specialized PPE for long durations. You will be responsible for keeping detailed records, entry logs, atmospheric readings, personnel / Vehicle entry, inventory, rescue trailer. In addition you will also check certification date for leads, hoses, harnesses and coordinate movements with rescue and work party and also ensure smooth communications with operations.

The technical stuff you'll need includes:

- Certifications to help out with ground support when not safety watching vessels forklift OSH certification
- Willingness to advance to PHEC / BA rescue as time progresses.
- fit and healthy to hit the ground running as the start of the project will start mid November - as we near the summer month you will be spending summer days into
