Are you a confident communicator with a knack for starting conversations and building rapport? Are you looking for a flexible role that fits around your studies or other commitments? Blue Mirror is on the lookout for a motivated, people-oriented casual team member to help us grow

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a student or casual worker to support our telesales and marketing efforts. You’ll play a key role in introducing potential clients to BlueMirror, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our Sales and Account Management teams.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Making outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists
- Introducing our products and services in a friendly, professional manner
- Booking meetings and demos for our Sales and Account Managers
- Keeping accurate records of outreach and updating CRM systems

** What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication skills - you’re friendly, confident, and engaging
- Comfortable talking on the phone and handling objections
- Highly organised with good time management
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Some experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a bonus - but not required
- A genuine interest in tech and AI is a plus
