Li Gardens Ltd is an Auckland based company. We are now looking for multiple experienced nurseypersons to join us. This is a full time role with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
Propagate and cultivate trees shrubs and ornamental and flowering plants in plant nurseries.

**Tasks Include**:

- Preparing potting media and containers before planting
- Selecting seeds bulbs and cuttings and planting them in beds lawn areas and tubs
- Budding and grafting vegetative material onto rootstock
- Watering plants manually and controlling automatic watering operations
- Keeping records of soil mixtures planting treatments losses and yields
- Selecting plants and packaging them for presentation and delivery
- At least one year relevant work experience OR NZ Level 4 or above relevant qualification.
- Good work attitude and good communication skills
- Strong motivation
- Physical fitness and could handle the heavy workload
- Quality workmanship and eye for detail
- Strong dedication to health and workplace safety
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with other team members.
- Strong ability to work independently
