**Warehouse Team Member - Graveyard Shift - Service Department**

Gilmours Tauranga is a leading and well-established Wholesale Food & Beverage distribution company dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional service to our valued customers.

Our people are valuable to us, and we are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Warehouse Team Member to work the graveyard shift in our dedicated service department.

**The Role**

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that our customers have access to top-notch products and that orders are accurately picked and prepared for delivery. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work as part of a team.

**Working Hours**:Sunday 18:00 to 02:30 and Monday to Thursday 21:00 - 05:30

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently.
- Load the delivery trucks manually.
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are upheld in the order preparation process.
- Move palettes, and restock shelves, and keep everything organized and safe.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate a reach forklift to lower pallets from the top shelves - if qualified and trained.

**Requirements**:

- Experience driving a reach forklift and current license - not essential.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy products.
- WMS/SAP/Fiori experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- Prior experience in a similar role or a warehouse environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Must have availability to work during the specified shift hours and days.
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to help others and think of customers in everything they do.
- Honesty, integrity, and reliability are essential.
- Be accountable and driven to better your performance each day.
