**Job description**:

- Lead and manage a team of scaffolders, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Plan and schedule scaffolding activities in coordination with project managers, site engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Conduct site inspections to assess scaffolding requirements and ensure that the scaffold structures meet the project specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, ensuring that all team members are trained in safe scaffolding practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure that all scaffolding structures are regularly inspected and maintained to prevent accidents and hazards.
- Provide technical advice and guidance on scaffolding design, construction, and load-bearing capacities.
- Maintain accurate records of scaffolding materials, equipment usage, and site activities.
- Train and mentor junior scaffolders and apprentices, ensuring that they develop the necessary skills and knowledge.

**Job pre-requisites**:

- At least three years of relevant work experience is required;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of leadership and responsibility.
- Attention to details and a hard-working attitude.
- Being physically fit.
