Key responsibilities will include assisting customers with their orders, providing expert advice on products, processing payments accurately and efficiently, and ensuring the timely delivery of our products to customers. You will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This position not only requires strong organisational abilities but also a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that every aspect of the catering experience meets our high standards.

**The successful applicant will**:

- Have a full, clean driver's licence and confidence working in all environment
- Strong customer service experience and ability to understand customers' needs
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Ability to deal with stressful situations and perform under pressure
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time to meet deadlines whilst preserving the highest level of quality
- Confidence to communicate well internally and ask for support
- Be able to work autonomously AND across teamsHave excellent communication and the ability to work well with others to achieve catering needs
