**Our Parts Interpreters are experts who**:

- Provide friendly and accurate service
- Process customer orders & enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role
- Efficiently dispatch products
- Build effective customer relationships
- Are sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
- Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
- Contribute to a **culture of safety** by putting **safety first**, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home

Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving

**The successful applicant will**:

- Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
- Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
- Be comfortable sharing knowledge and have the ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
- Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focused with sound computer skills
- Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
- Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred).
